Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    After beating eggs well, add vanilla.
    Sift flour with salt, soda and baking powder.
    Mix well with the first 3 ingredients.
    Beat well.
    Add zucchini.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, using Bundt pan.
