Beef Tips Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. round steak
    1 stick margarine
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut steak into small pieces.
    Brown meat and onion in margarine; brown well.
    Add 1 to 1 1/4 cups water.
    Add green pepper; simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
