Freezer Favorite 3-Way Gold Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 egg yolks
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk, scalded
    2 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Beat yolks with salt until thick.
    Gradually add sugar; beat until thick and puffy.
    Add hot milk; mix.
