Banana Delight Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 baked (9-inch) pie shell
    1/2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
    2 1/4 c. cold milk
    2 bananas
Preparation
    Prepare pie filling with milk as directed on package for pie. Measure 1 cup filling; set aside.
    Pour a thin layer of remaining filling into pie shell.
    Cut bananas into slices and arrange on top of filling.
    Top with the remaining filling.
    Blend whipped topping into the 1 cup filling that was set aside.
    Spread over pie.
    Chill for 3 hours.
    Garnish with remaining bananas and additional whipped topping.
