Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sage
2 c. milk
3 c. self-rising flour
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
3 c. turkey broth
Preparation

Sift cornmeal and flour.
Add eggs, butter and milk.
Mix into soft dough.
Cook until brown.
Crumble bread into a large bowl. Add onion, celery, salt, pepper, sage and turkey broth.
Mix well. If too dry, add more broth.
Bake in shallow pan at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 25 minutes.
