Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 (8 oz.) bag corn chips
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and garlic.
    Stir in tomato sauce, water and seasonings.
    Grease a 3-quart casserole dish, then alternate layers of meat, beans and corn chips.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and top with cheese, then bake for 10 minutes more.
    Garnish with grated cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped onion, chopped tomato and chopped jalapenos.
