Foil Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 carrots
    1 small onion
    4 chicken breasts or thighs
    salt and pepper
    3 stalks celery
    2 medium potatoes
    butter
Preparation
    Cut carrots, celery, onion and potatoes into bite size pieces. Place one piece of chicken and 1/4 vegetables on each of four pieces
    of foil. Add a pat of butter and salt and pepper.
    Bring foil up over chicken and fold edges tightly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken and vegetables are tender.
