Cake Mix Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
2 c. quick cooking oatmeal (uncooked)
1 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine oil and eggs; add to dry ingredients, stirring well. Stir in pecans and vanilla. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool. Yield: 5 dozen.
