Chocolate Mint Chip Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Keebler Ready-Crust chocolate flavored or graham cracker pie crust
    1 qt. chocolate chip ice cream, softened
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Spread softened ice cream into crust.
    Freeze 2 hours.
    In saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients.
    Heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
    Cool.
    Spoon over cut servings of pie.
    Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
    Makes 1 pie.
