Pecan Fingers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix shortening and sugar.
Blend in flour.
Work into a long cake pan.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes on about 300\u00b0.
Stir together remaining ingredients.
Remove crust from oven.
Pour mixture into crust and bake for 20 minutes at 300\u00b0.
