Mulligan Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 cans condensed minestrone soup
    1 (31 oz.) can pork and beans with tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    3 c. water
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is brown and tender.
    Stir in soup, beans and water.
    Then add celery, Worcestershire sauce and oregano.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve over broken saltine crackers.
