Refrigerator Rolls(Old Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yeast cake, dissolved in 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    3 eggs, beaten well
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    1 c. cooked mashed potatoes
    1 c. warm water (water off cooked potatoes)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    7 to 8 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix and knead well, let rise to twice the size.
    Put in refrigerator.
    About 2 to
    3
    hours
    before ready to use, make into rolls and let rise
    to
    twice\tthe
    size.
    Bake
    20 to 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
