No Knead Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
1 c. old fashioned oats
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 oz. pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
Preparation

In large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, oats, sugar, yeast and salt.
Combine milk and butter in saucepan.
Heat to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0. Add milk mixture and eggs to flour mixture.
Beat at medium speed 3 minutes.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups flour by hand until smooth.
Cover; let rise until double in size, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Stir batter down. Put into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Cover; let rise again 40 to 50 minutes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Brush with butter.
