Peel - Candied - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    peel from 6 mandarins
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    SAVE ALL OF YOUR MANDARIN PEELS!
    Yes, save those mandarin peels, slice in thin slices and dry them for future flavoring.
    The peels are easily dried in a conventional food drier, in the sun or in a very low oven.
    Store in an airtight jar.
