Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    a few drops lemon juice
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream margarine with 2 cups sugar. Add flour, then add egg yolks, buttermilk, vanilla and lemon juice.
    Fold in 3 beaten egg whites. Put in unbaked crust and bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0, then 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
