Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box thighs or fryer
    1 c. liquid (wine, diluted canned cream of celery, mushroom or chicken soup)
    1 small onion
    1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
    salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/3 c. water
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Fry
    chicken;
    drain
    oil, except 1/2 cup.
    Add rest of ingredients; bring to a boil to make brown gravy.
