Lazy Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    2 (10 3/4 oz. each) cans tomato soup
    2 soup cans water
    1 c. wild rice
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained (optional)
Preparation
    Chop cabbage fine; set aside.
    Brown ground beef with onion soup mix; drain well.
    Mix tomato soup and water.
    Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan, making 2 layers of each, in order:
    cabbage, ground beef mixture, rice, sauerkraut, if desired, and soup mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Makes 8 servings, 260 calories each.
