Hot Fudge Sundae Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 stick or 1/2 c. butter
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box chocolate wafers
1/4 c. softened or melted butter
1/2 gal. softened ice cream
1 carton Cool Whip
1/2 pkg. pecans (optional)
Preparation

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil and watch carefully.
Let simmer a few minutes.
Add vanilla, then cool.
Crush 1 box chocolate wafers or at least 24 wafers.
Add softened or melted butter.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Freeze for 30 minutes.
Put softened ice cream on top; freeze another 30 minutes.
Put cooled sauce on top.
Freeze another 30 minutes.
Put Cool Whip on top; sprinkle pecans or reserved cookie crumbs for top.
Freeze 24 hours.
