Low-Fat Mexican Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 flour tortillas
    5 c. apples, finely chopped
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. (heaping) butter sprinkles
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, water, vanilla and butter sprinkles together; heat to dissolve sugar.
    Mix apples and cinnamon.
    Put about 1/2 cup of apple mixture in each tortilla and roll up.
    Place tortillas in a 10 x 13-inch baking dish; cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour.
    Each tortilla has about 7 grams fat.
