Mushroom Melange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs (Progresso)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. diced Monterey Jack cheese
    several sliced green olives
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    Parmesan cheese (the final ingredient)
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in margarine and olive oil.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend together over low heat.
    Season liberally with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and keep warm until serving time.
    Serves 4 to 6.
