Sausage Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sausage
1 egg
1/2 lb. sharp cheese
12 oz. Mozzarella
pizza dough (may use Pillsbury roll mix)
Preparation

Let pizza dough stand at room temperature.
Brown sausage and grate cheese.
Spread pizza dough about 1/2-inch.
Whip egg and spread 1/2 over dough.
Sprinkle sausage and cheeses over dough. Roll up sides and secure ends.
Spread remaining egg over dough and bake at 325\u00b0 until golden brown.
