Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin (pure canned pumpkin)
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat for 5 minutes eggs, sugar and pumpkin.
Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Spread evenly on long cookie sheet lined with waxed paper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes.
Invert on dish towel.
Remove paper. Roll long ways towel and all.
Cool completely approximately 15 minutes.
Unroll, fill, reroll and refrigerate or freeze.
