Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 apples
1 c. sugar, divided
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Peel and slice apples into pie shell; sprinkle with 1/2 cup of sugar mixed with cinnamon.
Mix remaining 1/2 cup of sugar with flour.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
