Wine-Baked Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. skinless fish fillets (about 1/2-inch thick) *
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (2 oz.)
    2 medium carrots, cut into julienne strips
    2 stalks celery, cut into julienne strips
Preparation
    *Fish fillet suggestions:
    cod, flounder, orange roughy, pike, sea bass, sole or whitefish.
