Beer Flavored Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 chicken wings
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 garlic clove, mashed
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. beer, at room temperature
    1/4 c. butter or oil
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, pineapple juice, garlic, onion, ginger, brown sugar and beer.
    Cook on low until sugar is dissolved (this is your marinade).
    Place chicken in a large bowl and pour marinade over the chicken.
    Let stand one hour at room temperature or 3 hours in fridge.
    When ready to cook, drain off marinade and save.
    Cook chicken in butter or oil, turning often, then add marinade and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
