Spinach-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) spinach, stems removed, or 2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. butter
    6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. cooked rice
    6 slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Turn oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook spinach until limp; drain well. Transfer to large bowl.
    Saute garlic in 1 tablespoon butter until light brown.
    Add remaining 3 tablespoons butter.
    Pour butter garlic over spinach; stir in cheese, cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
    Spoon cooked rice into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish; top with spinach.
    Bake, uncovered, until cheese melts.
    Cover with Mozzarella slices and broil until browned.
