Irish Coffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
hot black coffee
16 oz. (2 c.) Irish whiskey
1/2 c. (generous) whipped cream
Preparation

Line up 8 warmed glasses or mugs.
Place 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar in each glass.
Stir in enough coffee to dissolve sugar. Add 1/4 cup whiskey.
Fill to within 1-inch of rim with more coffee.
Top with whipped cream (do not stir) and serve immediately.
