Homemade Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. quick oats
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. dry milk
    1/3 c. honey
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Place 1/4 cup of mung beans in a quart jar and cover with tepid water.
    Cover with cheesecloth and tie securely.
    Soak overnight.
    Drain water off.
    Set in a warm, dark place.
    Every day, rinse with tepid water and drain.
    Place in a warm dark place again.
    Repeat 4 to 5 days or until sprouts are as big as you want.
