Garlic Bread With Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    butter
    fresh crushed garlic or garlic powder
    4 to 6 chopped plum tomatoes
    1 medium chopped onion
    olive oil
    1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary
    1/2 tsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, onion, rosemary and parsley with 1/4 cup olive oil. Chill and let marinate for 1 hour.
    Slice bread into 1-inch slices. Spread with butter and garlic.
    Broil slices until lightly toasted.
    (At this point, you can top with Mozzarella and broil until cheese melts.)
