Pancho Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    onions
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. tomatoes
    1 can creamed corn
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. sliced olives
    1 c. milk
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute onions and green pepper in shortening.
    Add meat, chili powder and salt.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and corn. Boil briskly.
    Stir in cornmeal, milk and olives.
    Bake in uncovered dish for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
