Oven Roasted Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    1 red onion
    yellow squash
    zucchini
    olive oil
    kosher salt
    pepper
    balsamic vinegar
Preparation
    Slice favorite summer vegetables into long, chunky pieces. Coat evenly with olive oil. Place on aluminum foil on bread pan. Roast in 500\u00b0 oven for approx. 10 to 12 minutes. Toss with kosher salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. You may also add feta cheese or other favorites.
