Egg Substitutes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 egg whites
    1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 Tbsp. polyunsaturated vegetable oil
    7 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Clean opossum well, cut up as desired and boil until it is tender.
    Take 4 large sweet potatoes and boil until tender. Place opossum and sweet potatoes in a large pan and bake until brown.
    Season as desired and serve while hot.
