Herman Coffeecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. starter
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. oil
1 c. raisins (if desired)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix well, and place Herman in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle topping over Herman.
