One Step Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 container pineapple or mandarin orange yogurt
3 large eggs, at room temperature
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Blend at low speed for 1 minute.
Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean (insert toothpick in the center).
Cool cake upright in pan for 15 minutes.
Move from pan and cool completely.
Serve with favorite ice cream.
