Oven-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    2 lb. all-purpose potatoes
    1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Scrub potatoes with vegetable brush. Cut potatoes into large chunks.
    In large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients.
    Close bag and shake or toss in bowl until potatoes are evenly coated.
    Empty potatoes into shallow baking pan.
    Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
    Makes 8 servings.
