Summer Squash Casserole * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. cracker meal or breadcrumbs
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Wash, cut and boil squash until soft.
    Mash.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Mix and pour into 2 1/2-quart greased (with margarine) baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown (about 45 minutes).
