Diabetic - Cooked Pumpkin Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    6 oz. canned skim evaporated milk
    2 eggs or egg substitute
    5 packets Sweet 'N Low (not Equal)
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; bake in pan, sprayed with Pam, at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes, or until firm in middle.
    This can also be used as a pie filling.
