Marinated Chicken Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Good Seasons honey mustard salad dressing mix
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. oil
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
2 bell peppers, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
Preparation

Stir dressing, lemon juice and oil together.
Pour over chicken and vegetables; toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate 3 hours.
Arrange on skewers.
Broil 3-inches from heat for 16 minutes or until cooked through.
Turn frequently.
Discard any remaining marinade.
Serves 4.
