Beverly'S Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. ground sausage (sweet or hot)
    1 lb. sharp cheese
Preparation
    Melt cheese in a double boiler.
    Mix Bisquick and sausage. Add melted cheese.
    Mix well.
    Shape into small balls (1-inch). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Sausage balls will be browned. Yields 4 dozen.
