Microwave Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. Velveeta Mild Mexican cheese, cut in 1 inch cubes
    1 can stewed tomatoes, drained and chopped
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Microwave butter until melted.
    Stir in onion.
    Microwave for 2 minutes or until onion is tender.
    Add cheese and tomatoes. Microwave 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Stir once during cooking time.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
