Ten Minute Sukiyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion
    4 large sliced mushrooms
    1/2 lb. thinly sliced beef
    1/4 lb. fresh spinach
    3 (5-inch) pieces thinly sliced celery
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 can consomme
    4 scallions
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil.
    Add mushrooms and meat.
    Cook 2 minutes. Add spinach and cook 1 minute.
    Add celery and cook 1 minute. Cut scallions lengthwise into thin pieces.
    Add to mixture.
    Then add soy sauce.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Add sugar and consomme and cook 2 minutes.
    Makes 2 to 3 servings.
