Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves (optional)
2 c. pumpkin
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 c. nuts, chopped (your choice)
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Combine pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs. Add dry ingredients and softened butter.
Spread into well greased 9 x 6 x 3-inch loaf pans (2).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes. Makes 2 loaves (can also be halved).
