Maid Of Honor Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

jam, (strawberry or your choice) amount as needed
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. almond extract

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except jam. Drop 1/2 teaspoonful jam in tart pan and cover with a good Tablespoon of the ingredient mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Frost with White Frosting or your personal choice.
