Nutty Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 sticks very soft margarine
    4 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1 Tbsp. ice water
    2 c. flour
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order given: margarine, confectioners sugar, ice water, flour and pecans.
    Pinch off a little dough at a time.
    Roll into strips (approximately 2-inches long) and place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    While they are still hot, roll in confectioners sugar to coat.
