Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    7 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Bring water to boil.
    Add sugar and salt and stir until dissolved.
    Mix cornstarch and a small amount of water until dissolved.
    Pour into boiled water and stir until thick and smooth.
    Add other ingredients and cook until thick again.
    Pour into baked shell.
    Top with meringue or whipped cream.
