Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 loaf bread, shredded
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    In fry pan, saute sausage until brown; drain.
    In separate bowl, beat together eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Layer ingredients in greased pan in this order: bread, sausage, cheese, and egg mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Next morning, bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
