Shepard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
8 to 10 potatoes
1 Block of cheese
Preparation

Brown meat; peel and cook potatoes till soft, then mash.
In a 9 x 12 casserole dish, put a layer of meat, top meat off with mashed potatoes.
Spread meat; cover with potatoes 2 or 3 times until meat and potatoes are used.
Top with grated cheese.
Put in oven at 325 degrees until you see that the cheese on top is melted. Serve with English peas and rolls.
