Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. shredded cabbage
1 1/2 c. sliced tomatoes
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. green pepper strips
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 or more Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Coat a large Dutch oven with cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into Dutch oven.
Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
