Chicken Dinners In Foil(Method: Foil) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 cut up chicken
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    4 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Divide the rice in 4 equal parts.
    Place part on a sheet of heavy-duty foil; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon soup mix.
    Arrange the chicken on the rice, then pour 2 tablespoons milk on each serving of chicken.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon soup mix; place 1 teaspoon butter on top.
    Fold the foil, sealing tightly.
    Place on a grill over hot coals; cook for 1 hour, or until chicken is done.
