Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. ground turmeric
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    2 tsp. chopped green pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 10-oz. pkg. frozen corn, thawed
    1 tsp. diced pimiento
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan.
    Add vinegar and water, stirring until smooth.
    Add onion.
    Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture boils.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat, stir in corn, green pepper and pimiento.
    Cover and chill.
